La Xaymaca is a superclub which opened in 2018 when I arrived to Mexico City, the goal was to have a place to share my culture with Mexico City.
As time has passed, I have discovered a great passion for cooking, I dream sometime in the near future I can open a restaurant where everyone could enjoy authentic Jamaican food.
